Our Construction Services Division assists land owners who desire to develop their property themselves instead of selling the land to a developer. We oversee and manage the entire development process for the owner, or we partner with the land owner to aid in providing the much needed capital for a successful land development project.

Our Construction Services Division also processes the required building permits through the appropriate government agencies for our new home builder/clients.
